The situation with Judith McNaught is especially mysterious in that she had a book all set for publication and then poof!

I haven't read this book and I kind of doubt I ever will but it'd be so amazing to know what happened to it. Judith's beautiful home - that I never knew would turn out to be my dream home - was put on sale. I know she's getting along in years and may want to retire. It's understandable but some kind of explanation from her or an official representative would give readers the closure they need.

I wonder if this was the publisher's doing. They might have thought that JM's style of romance may not I haven't read this book and I kind of doubt I ever will but it'd be so amazing to know what happened to it. They might have thought that JM's style of romance may not be what the modern reader wants and they kind of just wanted this one to disappear.

In the interview, Judith drops hints about the upcoming book. For those familiar with the original short story, it features Corey Foster stepsister to Diana Foster from Remember When , who as a girl harbored a not-so-secret obsession with handsome Spencer Addison.

One of the changes we can expect to see is the setting. The story is now set, not in Newport, but on a lush estate in Palm Beach. Judith hints that we can expect cameo appearances from Noah and Sloan Maitland Night Whispers , who live on a neighboring estate. Speaking of Westmoreland descendants, in the interview, Judith drops a hint about her upcoming trilogy featuring the modern-day Westmorelands one of whom, I do so dearly hope, is the current Duke of Claymore … She tells us that the first book will be entitled The Wonder of Us ….

Save Save. We will soon see a new book based on the short story, Double Exposure! With a length of pages, promises to contain lots of delicious new material! The one that got away. The one who incinerated her heart several years before. I, for one, am keeled over like Aunt Pittypat, fanning my face and calling for my smelling salts while declaring I think I shall faint ….

I always thought 74 pages was way too short for the deliciousness of this story Remember when Spencer backs Corey into that closet? Ah, so hot… , so I am positively dancing around my house at the thought of glorious pages!!

Because I adore Judith McNaught above all things. As far as we know, the book is still part of a trilogy featuring the modern-day descendants of the Westmoreland Dynasty.

A modern-day Clayton Westmoreland. In the recent ebook release of A Kingdom of Dreams , Judith shared this little nugget in her introduction letter:. My newest book is about Jonas Westmoreland, a legendary all-American quarterback whose public life is turned upside down by a quirky veterinary student who inadvertently climbs into bed with him in his Las Vegas hotel.

When Jonas attempts to eject her into the hallway, his efforts are observed by a hotel guest with a cell phone camera, and his entire career is jeopardized.
